The Special Projects Office is a free service
supporting unemployed persons in the Halifax area. Employment
Assistance Services that
may be available to you include career decision-making, job
search strategy workshops, assessment of employment needs, and
labour market information, as well as referral to Skills Development
(SD), Job
Creation Partnership (JCP), Targeted Wage Subsidies (TWS), and
Self Employment Benefits (SEB).
